Mobile app development

Apps built to ship, then built to get used.

We write iOS and Android apps, put them through the stores, and run the campaigns that fill them. Both halves, one team, one invoice.

What we build

  • Consumer apps with accounts, payments and push
  • Marketplaces and two-sided platforms
  • Booking, ordering and delivery apps
  • Internal and field tools for teams that work away from a desk
  • A mobile layer on top of a web product that already exists

Native or cross-platform is a decision, not a default.

Native — Swift and Kotlin

Right when the app leans on the device: camera work, background location, offline storage, Bluetooth, heavy animation, anything where a frame drop is obvious. Two codebases, so it costs more and takes longer. Worth it when the app is the product.

Cross-platform — React Native or Flutter

Right when both platforms do the same job and the work is screens, forms and API calls. One codebase, roughly two-thirds of the timeline, and updates land on both stores together.

We make this call in the scoping call and put the reasoning in writing. You should never be told "we build in X" before anyone has asked what the app does.

What's included

Every build, not as line-item upsells:

  • Interface design and a clickable prototype before any code
  • The build, with a working version in your hands every week
  • QA on real devices, not just simulators
  • App Store and Play Console submission, including the review back-and-forth
  • Analytics and conversion events wired in during the build
  • 30 days of fixes after launch

An app nobody installs is an expensive business card.

App-install campaigns, deep links and re-engagement retargeting are part of the build here. Not a separate proposal six months later when the download numbers come in flat.

We set up the install pipeline while the app is still being written, which means attribution works on day one instead of being retrofitted after the first thousand users are already untraceable.

How we price it

Fixed-scope build

Defined scope, fixed price, fixed date. Best when you know what you want.

Monthly retainer

A set number of build days a month. Best for a product that keeps moving.

Build plus performance

We build it and run the acquisition, priced partly on the result.

Send us the app idea.

Even a paragraph is enough to scope from.
